Calling the emerging wise women—the Sabias—whose hearts beat for a world in which the transition of menopause is recognized as a sacred rite of passage. Those who wish to be part of midwifing a world where the dignity of aging is restored... Calling those who feel the world’s yearning for leadership anchored in the Feminine, who wish to feel the gentle holding and power of sisterhood and community...

Join us in Spring 2025 for a series of in-person gatherings in Berlin, specifically crafted for women 40+ to connect, celebrate, and inspire.

Our SABIA Salons are more than events—they are a space for collective re-imagination. At SABIA, we challenge the outdated narratives surrounding aging and menopause, advocating for a shift from an age-phobic and medicalised view to one that recognises menopause as a transformative rite of passage. We honour this phase of life as a gateway to embodied wisdom, leadership, and profound transformation.

Each salon is inspired by the elements, using them as a gateway to explore different aspects of the menopause and midlife journey: Fire for Mind, Earth for Body, Water for Emotions, and Air for Spirit.

Evening highlights include:

Join us for our second SABIA Salon — an intimate gathering for women navigating the transformative journey of midlife and menopause. Centered around the element of Earth, representing the body, this evening invites you to connect with the subtle and loud signals of your body as you move through your menopause journey.

In a world where women's health is tragically under-researched, where symptoms are often treated with quick fixes rather than holistic care — where do we stand? Where do we go?

Building on the experience of our first Salon, this time we'll deepen the power of the circle and welcome more voices. We’re excited to have special guests Anja Scherret, Tash English, and Hannah Steiner, who bring their wisdom in hormonal health, holistic wellbeing, plant wisdom, herbal medicine, and HRT — along with their personal experiences of navigating the Change. And we have you — your insights, questions, and lived experience.

This Salon is a space for reflection, honest conversation, and mutual inspiration - honouring the collective wisdom and power rising through us as women in midlife and beyond, and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable with the struggles that inevitably accompany our journeys of transformation.

Anja Scherret

Anja Scherret is a Berlin-based naturopath specializing in women’s hormonal health. Drawing from her own experiences, she offers a holistic approach that combines plant medicine, nutrition, and stress support to help women navigate PMS, endometriosis, and menopause with clarity and care. She is committed to empowering women to understand their bodies and supports them in navigating their health journeys with informed, natural strategies.

Tash English

Tash English is a Berlin-based herbalist, acupuncturist, and founder of Avant Garden Life. Her work integrates traditional herbalism, intuitive cooking, and sensory seasonal living to reconnect individuals with nature's rhythms. Through workshops, forest walks, and art projects, Tash emphasizes sustainable practices and the use of regional wild plants for holistic well-being.

Hannah Steiner

Hannah Steiner is a Berlin-based Heilpraktikerin (naturopath) and mentor specializing in holistic women's health. With over a decade of experience, she offers guidance on menstrual cycles, hormonal balance, and nutrition, addressing conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, and PMS. Hannah is also the author of "Dein Zyklus-Buch — Period." She co-founded "lunamara – Praxis für Ganzheitliche Frauengesundheit" in Berlin-Kreuzberg, providing a nurturing space for women's wellness.
