Those who wish to be part of midwifing a world where the dignity of aging is restored... Calling those who feel the world’s yearning for leadership anchored in the Feminine, who wish to feel the gentle holding and power of sisterhood and community...

Join us in Spring 2025 for a series of in-person gatherings in Berlin, specifically crafted for women 40+ to connect, celebrate, and inspire.

Our SABIA Salons are more than events—they are a space for collective re-imagination. At SABIA, we challenge the outdated narratives surrounding aging and menopause, advocating for a shift from an age-phobic and medicalised view to one that recognises menopause as a transformative rite of passage. We honour this phase of life as a gateway to embodied wisdom, leadership, and profound transformation.

Each salon is inspired by the elements, using them as a gateway to explore different aspects of the menopause and midlife journey: Fire for Mind, Earth for Body, Water for Emotions, and Air for Spirit.

Evening highlights include:

 Exploring the emotional landscape of menopause and midlife

Join us for our third SABIA Salon - an intimate gathering for women navigating the transformative journey of midlife and menopause. This evening is centred around the element of Water, the realm of emotions, intuition, and inner tides.

As we move through menopause and the threshold of midlife, emotional challenges often rise to the surface - anxiety, grief, overwhelm, a lack of drive, or a sense of emotional disorientation. In a culture that pathologises emotionality and prizes productivity over presence, these waves can feel like something to fix or suppress.

But what if our emotions carried invaluable messages? What if they are calling us deeper into ourselves, asking us to slow down and listen?

This Salon is an invitation to honour the emotional landscape of this time - not as something to overcome, but as a source of intelligence, aliveness, and even gold. Through circle, conversation, and embodied practices, we will explore the deeper questions beneath our feelings: What are our emotions trying to communicate? What parts of ourselves are asking to be felt, held, or transformed?

As always, this Salon is a space for honesty, reflection, inspiration and connection - honouring the waters that move through us and the collective wisdom rising in our shared vulnerability.

She is committed to empowering women to understand their bodies and supports them in navigating their health journeys with informed, natural strategies.

Tash English

Tash English is a Berlin-based herbalist, acupuncturist, and founder of Avant Garden Life. Her work integrates traditional herbalism, intuitive cooking, and sensory seasonal living to reconnect individuals with nature's rhythms. Through workshops, forest walks, and art projects, Tash emphasizes sustainable practices and the use of regional wild plants for holistic well-being.

Hannah Steiner

Hannah Steiner is a Berlin-based Heilpraktikerin (naturopath) and mentor specializing in holistic women's health. With over a decade of experience, she offers guidance on menstrual cycles, hormonal balance, and nutrition, addressing conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, and PMS. Hannah is also the author of "Dein Zyklus-Buch — Period." She co-founded "lunamara – Praxis für Ganzheitliche Frauengesundheit" in Berlin-Kreuzberg, providing a nurturing space for women's wellness.
